At House of Modesty, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Headscarves and headscarf pins – for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Sale or clearance items – all sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Gift cards – gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
